Personalized chart label with mouseover/hover capabilities

Hi,

could you help me create a line chart (object in sheet), with labels which will be displayed when I mouseover the point on the chart like here https://app.klipfolio.com/dashboard/...b6c787d9f47f88.

Solution proposed here http://tushar-mehta.com/excel/software/index.html is quite good but I would like to make label invisible rather than small. In the labels I would like do display information ebout eg. name and value of data series.
