    Pivot table counts filtered data

    Hi!

I hope somebody can help me. I have a macro who extracts some information from several excel files and places it in a regular excel table. Then, I create pivot tables to organize the data.

In my work, I invoice consultants in different currencies, for example, €, USD or GBP. For the consultants that are invoiced in USD or GBP, I have created "twin excel sheets" that converts the amounts into €. So, in my final pivot table, I filter the currency into € in order to compare the information.

Problem comes when I try to count the number of consultants for a certain period. I have placed "Invoiced" value as VALUES criteria, and "Value Field Setting" as "Count". Each consultant for whom I have created "twin excel files" is counted as 2, even though the data is filtered and it should only count one. I don't know why this happens.

    NAME INVOICED N° Consultant
    Project overview 237997,05 10
    €-Consultant 1 2014.07 - 2014.12-€ 45660,97 2
    €-Consultant 2 2014.07 - 2014.12-€ 28137,03 2
    €-Consultant 3 2014.07 - 2015.03-€ 48415,44 2
    €-Consultant 4 2014.09 - 2015.02-€ 60496,81 2
    €-Consultant 5 2014.10 - 2015.03-€ 55286,80 2

Here, each consultant should be counted as 1, total being 5 instead of 10.

    Could anyone help me?

    Thanks!
