how to have line strongly jump instead of incline

i have a goal line in my chart, and i want it to be more stair like and not a ramp. anyway to do this?

see picture. at interval 4, i had the goal line increased by 2 points. but the graph makes it seem like the goal line steadily increased by 2 points from interval 3 to 4. i want it to shoot right up

edit: found out what i was referring to was a step line. just google step chart and youll find answer
