Decided to use the potential of the pivot table to generate the report. But have some problem when i click on the cell opening new list and some field have wrong format. How to set them in advance format?
The file attached example, the wrong format of the field: the code.

Hi exceldiser and welcome to the forum,
After creating the pivot table, RIGHT CLICK on any of the numbers in a column and look at the dropdown. In my current version I click on "Value Field Settings". This brings up a dialog box and in the lower left corner of this dialog is a button that says "Number Format". Clicking on this allows me to fix/change the format of all the numbers in that column.
I'm not sure how 2003 did it exactly but believe you simply need to right click on any number in a column and follow the submenus.

Thanks for replay MarvinP. But i nead some others. I have corect format in my pivot table and when i click on sum colum for open detail create new list where some field have wrong format. I want find advanced some setting.
