    Calculated Column in pivot table

    Hi there!

I would love to add in another column to my pivot table that shows the % of projects that met their goal.

I attached a workbook here which shows you what I would like: Book1.xlsx

I know how to do it with formulas but I would like it to be integrated into the pivot table

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,
An exemple with 'Show Values As' in 'Value Field Setting'.
    There are several options.
    Regards.

Thanks for your help, but I need the column to show the % that met the goal, not % of the grand total.

Column L shows you the values I am looking for.

That is very close to what i need. Is there a way to do it without the extra count colums? I would like the pivot table to be condensed as much as possible.

I would like the pivot table to look like the one in my example book. Just 5 columns with the last column showing the % that met the goal.

I don't think this is possible with a PivotTable.
