Secondary Axis On Pivot Chart

I know this has been asked about and discussed a lot on this forum and others as well, but hopefully someone can look at the attached file and give me some suggestions for a work around. I want to add a bar to the pivot charts with year-to-date totals. Obviously the YTD total will have a much taller bar than all the monthly bars, therefore the need for a secondary axis. I have read that this is not necessarily easy or possible to do this and I have tried some work arounds without success. I would appreciate any suggestions/help with a good way to accomplish this.
