Charting $ Volume over time

I'm having trouble figuring out how to graph $ Volume over time and was hoping someone on here could help me out.

This is an example of the data I have:

I'm trying to graph a sum of the project manager's $ Volume over time in that for an X value of 1/23/2015, the Y value would be $6,589 and then at X value 3/1/2015, the Y value would be $6,589 + $3085. I am stuck at trying to determine how to have the X value be a date range and have the Y values add.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
