    Calculated Fields

    Hello,

I'm creating a pivot table that includes a calculated field to show Cost as a percentage of Sales. I want to filter that percentage so we can identify the transactions that need to be investigated, anything with cost greater than 85% of sales. I've tried a slicer but it's greyed out and I remember seeing something the other day about putting specific criteria into the calculated field formula itself but now I can't find it. I'd prefer to build it into the pivot instead of having to sort and copy the data to a separate tab, is it a matter of putting in an if statement into the calculated field?

    Thanks
