Chart to show per vendor per phase per pymt per month

Hi all,

I have this data -payment milestone for two vendors for each phase.
Each Vendor may request different date/month of pymt

	Vendor A Amount	Vendor B Amount	Vendor A Paid On	Vendor B Paid On
Phase 1	150	130	May	April
Phase 2	200	250	June	July
Phase 3	300	300	July	Aug

Is that possible to show in a chart bar?
