Changing chart based upon a cell ...

I know I watched a video on this a while back ... and can't for the life of me remember / find it again ...

On the attached file ... on worksheet, Hard-Core Averages I am seeking a chart that changes based upon the contents of the cell Q4

I am seeking a combination chart that has 5 separate bars rising vertically:

1. Weekly Result
2. Monthly Result
3. Quarterly result
4. Annual Result
5. Career Result

and then a line chart that connects the points of each of the 5 Goal Data points:

1. Weekly Goal
2. Monthly goal
3. Quarterly Goal
4. Annual Goal
5. Career Goal

the chart will only chart 1 horizontal row of the data ... as I change the contents of Q4 it would change the chart to reflect the new data points for goal and results of that row ...
