Pivot Graph and slicers

Hi Guys,

i am creating a dashboard for my work which has Pivot graphs that are controlled by slicers. My Question is can i set up the Graph so it Automatically alters size of the graph depending on how many stats it has to show

for instance if i select 5 names or 20 names it will resize the graph so it shows all names selected

Hi dougers1,

I believe that needs to be a VBA Code answer. You would need to determine how big the graph/chart object was on the sheet and manipulate it with code. Post a sample workbook with your data and pivot chart and we can see if there is some correlation between what you've Sliced and how big the chart might be.

OR - you can turn on the Macro Recorder and change the size of the chart, turn it off, and see what VBA code is written. This is how we would examine this problem.

Size of the graph, or size of the data range plotted in the graph?

Size of data range: yes.

Size of graph, as in amount of rows and columns covered by graph: no, not without some kind of VBA.
