Data/chart help?

But for the data being used i've had to constantly repeat the target for each month like this http://gyazo.com/b7f3dacd88236907abf94e8d4691a37
Is there a way to use only one field to represent the target for all of the months?

If you wish to have the markers along the Target line, as in your example image, then you'll have to repeat the value for each month. However, if you just want a plain target line, then you can use just two equal cell values and place the series on the secondary axis. See attached example.
