All,
I have been working on this project for a while, and am really struggling with the last part!!
I have developed a Project Timescale graph, which triggers of cell F2 in the same named worksheet. When this cell is changed, the corresponding values associated with that selection are auto populated in the corresponding ranges (B20:C106). This works by formula which populates the relevant figures from the worksheet called data.
Please see attached file.
Whilst this works great and I get the correct results, the derived graph is visually poor..... and the whole graph is really squashed up.
Can somebody please suggest a way that the resulting graph covers (as best as possible) the whole of the area of the graph......in other words, the point associated with the last visual date is as far over the right as possible, so that I can actually see what is going on!!! I think it is to do with the ranges I am using, but I simply cannot fathom it out.
Additionally, I would really like the “out of range” blue indicators removed, but when I try to remove them, the graph goes belly-up, and I have only included them to show the areas which are currently not required, e.g. somehow I am not omitting the unused ranges from the points which are currently plotted.
Any additional advice to make this graph a little bit more visual, e.g. thoughts on where I should set the level of the position indicators etc would be greatly appreciated.
I really hope that you great people can help, and many thanks for looking.
Skyping. (A bit of a novice when it comes to Graphs!!)
