Creating a chart with 2 headers

I'd like to create a line graph that includes 2 sets of data under each date. Column A shows the regions I'm interested in. Is there any way to do this as the table is? Or does it need rearranging? I'm open to different representations of the data. I only need that the two data types be different lines/columns on a primary and secondary vertical axis.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

you would need to re-arrange the table. One contiguous group of columns for Active leases, another contiguous group for vacant. Then you can plot these as different series and send selected series to the secondary axis.
