Auto sizing charts based on null values

I'm trying to create a report that shows where most defects occur. The data is pulled in from another source and counts the defects in any particular group.

For ease I've left the bulk data out but just kept the count and the chart for the example.

In the example instance my chart should only show the three headings with values more than 0. I'd like it to ignore the other values and not include them in the chart. To make this more difficult I need this to work dynamically and not rely on a user hiding or filtering results. The data that feeds this updates overnight every 24 hours and so headings that are 0 value today might not be tomorrow, I would need my chart to spot this and add the field in.

Any way this can be done?
