    Sharing a Workbook with with connections to another workbook

    I have an excel sheet that has all the schedules Monday-Sunday (Y's and N's) that counts the Y's vs. Total employees let's call this "My data sheet", a percentage is generated in a table which will be shared to a "Master sheet" with other offices, % on it, "My data sheets" Sat's and Sunday Column will be shared with another sheet we'll call "Weekend list", that will update when refreshed or every 30 Min, is there a way to allow multiple people in My office to access "My data sheets" simultaneously, allow multiple people to view but not edit the "Weekend list" (while still allowing it to populate data from "my data sheet") and allow multiple people to view the "Master sheet"

    Thanks in advanced.

    Excel 2010 btw

    Re: Sharing a Workbook with with connections to another workbook

    Okay trying a new Method for my issue just focusing on the Master Sheet I, trying to use a range formulat such as
    "=('S:/Common\Location\Location Weekley Schedule\City\[City Attendance sheet.xlsx]6-22-15'!$F1:$L$1)
    but it only works when I break it up for each cell like so. Which is impracticle due to this needing to be re written every week.... Please assist.

    "=('S:/Common\Location\Location Weekley Schedule\City\[City Attendance sheet.xlsx]6-22-15'!$F$1)
    "=('S:/Common\Location\Location Weekley Schedule\City\[City Attendance sheet.xlsx]6-22-15'!$G$1)
    "=('S:/Common\Location\Location Weekley Schedule\City\[City Attendance sheet.xlsx]6-22-15'!$H$1)
    "=('S:/Common\Location\Location Weekley Schedule\City\[City Attendance sheet.xlsx]6-22-15'!$I$1)
    "=('S:/Common\Location\Location Weekley Schedule\City\[City Attendance sheet.xlsx]6-22-15'!$J$1)
    "=('S:/Common\Location\Location Weekley Schedule\City\[City Attendance sheet.xlsx]6-22-15'!$K$1)
    "=('S:/Common\Location\Location Weekley Schedule\City\[City Attendance sheet.xlsx]6-22-15'!$L$1)

    I should mention that when I don't break it up the first 2 Cells give me a #VALUE! error
