How to create a Linear graph with an x and y column determined with a total cost.

Hi,

I want the x axis as charge 1 and y axis as charge 2 with the total cost as a linear line. I'm not sure if this will be the scatter chart. I tried using however I could not graph it. Your help is greatly appreciated!

You can use a xy-scatter to plot points at the intersection of both charges.
The trick to complete the chart is to link the data label to the total cost range.

If you have xl2013 or newer you can do it with built-in option.
