Creating weekly charts showing trend lines

I am in need of help creating bar charts that display the percentage of weekly results.

I have attached an example of the type of graphs I am looking for and would appreciate any help with this.

The month side of thing doesn't work well as months don't fall into neat 28 day (4 week) slots, but see the attached for one way of doing this. Should point you in the right direction.
You could use pivot tables/charts to accomplish the same too.

Can you explain how it works? If you take street cleansing for instance.. and add all the numbers from 130 in April, it does not equate to 497 in the other report dataset

I have noticed the numbers picked up in the table are the numbers stated in the inspections. The graph needs to show the quarterly percentage for the 3 months in a weekly format, not where it counts all the numbers of the inspections
