Absence Tracker Template by employee

does anyone know waht's the best template to use that includes the following:
sheets by employee and a summary sheet for total of each employee
sheet to show by departments
asides from having (sick, medical, vacations) I also need it to have some space to put information e.i. on oct 23, john was late and came in at 9:00am

Hi, welcome to the forum

I think you will need to provide more info on this. But having said that, it would probably also be better if you designed this yourself (with our help if needed). that way, you get something that is disigned for YOUR requirements, and not end up using something that was for some-one elses needs
