Absence Tracker will not calculate

I thought my problem was solved ... but now I have another dilemma. I have added the names to the total column and the subsequent tabs don't change. I started doing it manually and thought there has got to be a better way. That is one issue.

The second issue is I can't seem to get the numbers to subtract from the total (See Diane Cantey for example). I place the time in and it does not show up in the total tab.

Please help again! Document attached.

I dont understand what isnt working for you?

I entered values in January C7:E7 and then again in C22:E23 and the formulas in TOTAl updated acdcordingly?

On a side note, yiou dont need to use =SUM() when you are just referncing 1 cell, you can just use =January!AH7
Also, if you name your sheets the same as you name the column headings (or the other way round), then you could use something like, copied down and across...
=INDIRECT(C$6&"!AH"&ROW())
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

Maybe it is because I am using Excel 2010, because the options are not working for me!
