If I want to to pivot 60 columns, but want to group 6 columns together (so after pivoting there would be 6 columns with 10 rows) is there a way to do that?

Grouping for getting the Grand Total or Grouping for quick navigation?
If your intention is the second one then you can use Column Grouping else the Answer is NO you can't
