Transpose grouped columns of multiple rows into grouped rows of fewer columns

I have a table of about 720 columns and 4 rows, the columns of which are grouped by 4's.
I would like to "transpose" this table into 720 rows of 4 columns, whereby the original vertical grouping by 4 is maintained.

As a smaller example, in an array of 4 rows of 12 columns (A1:L4), A1:D4 would remain where they are, cells E1:H4 would be moved to A5:D8, and F1:L4 would be moved to A9:D12.

I have used an OFFSET command to do a similar thing with a single row of 720 columns grouped by 4 (creates 180 rows x 4 columns), but cannot figure out how to solve it for multiple rows.

    Great thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forum

With something like this, it would really help to see a sample of what you are working with. Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

I hope I did the attachment right.

Sheet1 has before and after tables of interest.
I also added a 2nd desired outcome table if ok to do so.
Options 1 and 2 may be very different solutions for all I know.
    Thanks, B.
