Having issues with plotting my data in a chart, any chart!!

Hi,

i have attached my workbook to assist with my question.

I want to show when various environments (Env) are in use and potentially clash. Preferably in a calendar, gantt, or stacked bar chart.

I am looking to use ‘Start Date’, 'Duration' and Weather the Env usage is complete. (Green/blue)

I need the chart to go on the ‘Task Plan’ tab.

The environment are populated from list values on the ‘Do not delete’ tab.

I appreciate the table layout does not lend it’s hand to this type of chart but the format is fixed.

I have tried 101 different templates out there without any luck.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Hello welcome to the forum.

I'm not entirely clear on what you require, but I've created a Gantt chart using Conditional Formatting formulas, on the Task Plan sheet, that checks for date-spans that each Environment has activity and highlights the cell blue or green - green if the date is less than or equal to today. As there are a lot of dates I've added a scroll bar to move through the dates to see the ranges of activity.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but it might give you a few ideas.
