Scatter Chart

I want to create an excel scatter chart that only show one indicator but this indicator is located on an XY axis based on several inputs:

Therefore, the X-axes position is dependent on 5 criteria's, each criteria value will have an effect as to where the indicator are positioned. Same accounts for the "Y" value.

Attach is my spreadsheet, and the selections are the cells that have values. Basically, we want to use this as a sales tool when we assess a new sales opportunity. The Values of column "C" would be X-values, and "F" would be the Y-values.Book1.xlsx
