Use Value from a Row for PivotChart

From the PivotChart, I want to make a bar chart. Lets assume the bar chart will show the number values from NSW state, and having the bar separately according to year (year on the X-axis). How do I make this happen?

How do I make the column for Year Values? This is only a smaller replica/example of the actual data. My actual data involves about 50 years which was written separately in different columns like in the example.

So basically your headers will be State, Suburb & Year

Is there any way to do it than making a column that holds the year value. Because my actual data is quite big. Like 1500 x 45 (1500 rows and 55 columns). So if I have to make a column for year values, its gonna be 1500 times 50 = 75,000, for the number of rows. That is quite a inconvenience.
