Create pivot table calculating deltas and %changes from col values

Hi, I am enclosing a file. In this file there are 3 sheets. One sheet is data, the other sheet is a pivot table i created and the last sheet is what i would like the pivot table to look like but i dont know how to do it.


Basically, i have several values (Hdr1, Hdr2, Hdr3, and Hdr4) which i want to calculate differences between Previous and Current deltas from. But my boss wants this calculation done in a way such that he can expand and contract like the pivot table gives you.

Take a look at the file and if you have questions please let me know. If you dont think this is even possible let me know that as well. Perhaps i cant get all the way there but most of the way there.........

Note: I have only included one country value in the example but in the real data set there will be many different countries
