Cant get charts to go red

    Cant get charts to go red

    Hi all the chart i have the adjustable data is green on sheet 2
    The chart uses the data from the top of sheet 2
    I would like if i overspend the chart will start filling up again but in a red colour..
    Ive tried everything but cant sort this out Please can somebody help..
    Chart is on sheet 3

    One way would be to format the data series and select Invert if negative and change the fill color to red.

    Right click any of the "bars" on your chart then select Format Data Series. Select fill then check the box next to Invert if negative. Another fill color dropdown should appear, select red then click close.

    wow thanks you have done so much so i feel so cheeky but i need the negative red to start going back up the graph not bellow so sorry regards Steve
