macro copy charts from one worksheet to another in order to create a 'summary' of charts

i'm pretty sure this would have been covered in previous posts but my brain isn't functioning enough to find the answer. I know some brilliant person out there will take about 2 minutes to solve it.

I have several pivot charts on several worksheets and i want to have a macro that will copy and paste each of them to a summary worksheet (a dashboard, if you like).

works finne when i record the macro, but when i run it it falls foul on the 'ActiveSheet.ActiveChart.ChartArea.Copy' line of code
