Gantt chart with Tasks Userform

Hello people!

i need a copy of file sample Gantt chart with tasks Userform bars overlapped, put in the forum by Andy Pope guru,
but iam lose the file.

when iam click in the bar shape of the Gantt open a userform of Tasks information with tasks and dates entry
the Gantt have a bars overlapped

-userform tasks dates
-overlap bars
-labels on bars
-multiple segmented bars, multiple colors at same horizontal orientation
