Creating Charts to Track Man Hours and Man Count Daily, Monthly, and Yearly

I am wanting to create charts to track our daily man-hours worked and count by department. I receive man-hours as attached daily. This will be an on-going task. It would be great to be able to break it down daily, monthly, and yearly. Any assistant would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't explain the situation very well, my apologies. The sample is a partial spreadsheet I receive. There is roughly 600-800 employees that vary with temps.

I want charts or a dashboard to showcase any given day the # of man-hours along with the headcount for each department. As the data is collected daily, I am seeking guidance on data management for years of information Have drop-downs to select year, month & day if desired.

I am somewhat new to this, therefore hard for me to explain what I am seeking.
