Mask an unwanted total in a Pivot Table and problem formatting a large number

I am new to Pivot Tables and have figured out quite a bit, however I have some questions about totals and formatting a large number I have not been able to determine a solution for.

I have attached a sample of my data. The first thing I did to my exported data in Sheet1 was add the total column. This seemed easier than creating a calculated field in the pivot table unless you have other reasons to do it in the pivot table that would be advantageous. I then selected my data to create the pivot table to create the attached. In the Sum of Hourly Rate column, this column has a total which I do not want to show. Is there a way to remove the total for this column or hide it?

Additionally, the Account Number is a 14 digits in length and it appears 2.03E+13 and thus far the only way I can get it to show the correct format is to select each cell those numbers are in and format them. I am hoping there is a better way to handle this.

I would also love to be able to add up all types of Trans Type for a total of each type somewhere in the table.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am still learning and so far I love the pivot table. It is relatively quick to create, I just need some guidance.

    Thank You!

There is nothing wrong with using a helper column to computer the total as opposed to using a formula in the pivot table in this case.

To get rid of the scientific notation, format the cells as numbers instead of general.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I appreciate the answer. I am still wondering how to hide all columns except the total column. Thanks.
