    Adjustment to sheet

Hello everyone - dflak recently assisted me by creating a sheet that charts incidents by day and by block of time. dflak did an amazing job and I'm sure the issue I'm having is something I am doing. But, after using it I realized several of the incidents are not plotting to the chart. I was hoping someone could look at it and tell me what is wrong. On the example I attached, 80 of the 93 incidents in the table are accounted for on the chart. I have tried this with several different samples of data and the sheet leaves certain incidents out. I acknowledge that dlak may be the best one to answer this question but this is time sensitive. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Could you advise which ones are not plotted?

    Re: Adjustment to sheet

Ignore my post above, I've found them.

Yellow cells in column M show most of the ones that weren't being picked up. These were all zeroes (perhaps a floating point issue that Excel is known for), but by wrapping the formula in FLOOR and using 1/24 to round things to the the hour they calculate as you'd expect.

That left 2 missing. The green cells in F show those. You'll notice it shows the weekday as 8. Hmmmm...
So by adding +COUNTIF(F:F,8) to the formula in cell M3 these are picked up, et voila, 93 plotted on the chart.

    Re: Adjustment to sheet

BSB - A great thanks goes out to both you and dflak. I have only one question. Can I assume the corrections you made will fix any additions I make to the table. I intend to update the table daily with new dates.

    Thanks again
