Can one identify frequency of marked cells for each topic without the use of VBA?

The excel file attached contains every shipment service that goes between each port in Malaysia. I need to somehow graph or create a table that tells me how much goes to each port from each port (using avg. vessel size and frequency) and which ports using x's under the name of the port.

Can this be done without VBA code?
