Average sales per week per sales representative in pivot table

Hi experts,
I have a pivot table I use for sales reports but now I am having trouble creating new feature.
I need to have an additional column in my pivot to see average WEEKLY sales per sales employee.
Data for pivot is located in DO NOT TOUCH tab - date, sales employee, document total.
Formulas aren't an option as original report has up to 60000 rows.
Can you please help me with it?

This field calculates average per document per sales person.
I need sum all documents per week, then to calculate weekly average sales per sales employee
