Multiple lines in graph for same time frame and same data 'segment'

Hey all, hoping you can help me. I've tried searching but to be honest I'm not sure how to word my problem!

I have some data that looks roughly like this: http://i.imgur.com/RqdtrcT.png

I need to get it into a graph that looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/Eq8z3Wx.png
With each of the four packages shown once in the legend, and the lines the same colour for each package in both 'sets' of lines, both plotted against the same weeks/timeframe on the X axis.

Sounds simple... but I'm getting results that look like this: http://i.imgur.com/kAsj0Ui.png
Either each package represented twice in the legend, no secondary metric at all, or the 'sets' of weeks shown consecutively rather than concurrently.

Any advice on how I need to arrange the data or configure the line graph?

    Thank you in advance.

    Matt

It appears that your sample chart (with its text axis) wants to be a line chart rather than a scatter chart.

I would expect to get the data arranged like this:

A pivot table may be the easiest way to arrange your list/database into this format.

Then, insert your line chart based on this table. Then, format each package 1 series so they look the same, each package 2 series so they look the same, and so on. As tedious as this step will be, be sure to save the chart as a template (or whatever similar utility 2013 has available) once you have all of the series formatted, so that you can create the same chart more easily the next time.
