Creating and Filtering Charts

I was trying to create something dynamic in regards to the charts and Performance Table. I have a table where all my chart data is taken form but what I need to be able to do is to filter the data that is Flag as RED or Blue or any particular status.

Have I created this the wrong way or is this possible I have added the work book for you to view. I tried to create a pivot but this does not seem to work
