Pivot table of Net Profit

Hi Guys,

So I'm trying to create more analysis of my simple means of accounts for my cash based practice.

I have an Income sheet with my transactions and I have my Expense sheet with my over-heads like my Rent. As normal.

So on another sheet I have created two pivot tables.

Income by Month and Rent by Month. Now; I'm wondering how do I create another table using this set of data to create a 'Net Profit' Table per month.

I'm sure this is simple and an easy task but I'm not the best formulator. Also see attached picture below - but these numbers are examples.
