Need to create a Chart(s) HELP!

I am pretty much a novice compared to you guys when it comes to Excel, but creating charts is completely new!

What I need is a chart(s) that shows when these houses/business has product delivered (Time and date), I would like it to show peak times (ongoing) (automatically update as new data is entered)

I have attached one of the worksheets that is used. There is a separate worksheetfor every day (but I could convert that to a single running sheet. As you can see it uses drop down menus (would static cells be better for this or could the drop downs remain. Not every house gets product every day and none of them at the same time so........
