Pivot Table Report Filter Organization

Hello,
I have a pivot table where I would like to filter my data based on date. I dump a large amount of data each day and would like to be able to select the days better. Currently my pivot table filter looks like when when I click it.



And I have a regular table filter that looks like this when I click it. I like how the dates collapse and you can select months at a time.


Is there anyway to update my pivot table filter to be organized like my regular table filter? Or atleast organize my pivot table filter so the dates show up in order?

Hi,

There is not a setting for that in 2010. You might consider grouping the dates by year and month and then using slicers for the filtering.
