Averaging the start and ending time in a pivot table

I am having an issue trying to figure out how to average the start time of employees during the week within a pivot table.
In the attached example Willie should have an avg start time of 7:37:12 PM (removing the 1:35:00 AM start time). But the pivot table says he has a 9:25 PM avg start.
Any clue why the avg time is all over the board?
Thanks in advance for the help!
