How to ignore DIV/0 in charts?

If you look at the picture I only have 7 people, how to automatically ignore those div/0 so only 7 people would appear instead of 15?

Do I need to make a code something like this in "Name Manager" =OFFSET('Daily Log'!$C$36,0,0,COUNT('Daily Log'!$C$36:$AB$36),1) I tried and did not work

I would probably use a filter. Filter so that the div/0 rows are hidden, and the chart should update accordingly.

Where is the filter? What you are trying to say is to make Div/0 invisible?
