I'm beyond my expertise (meaning none) of developing a graph that has a horizontal band background using different colors. The horizontal bands are a gauge of where performance is green to yellow to red (best to worst). Inside the graph would need to diagram 8 different performance points. I can get the horizontal background but when I change the vertical axis to what I need to measure I lose the five bands I need.
I have attached a paper I've created to illustrate what I need (albeit hand drawn). Also, a spreadsheet of what I've gotten. I'm sure what I've done is incorrect!
The vertical axis represents the highest to lowest performance and the horizontal axis has eight points of performance.
I need to plot those 8 points as well as an average line of -0.03.
If there is any help anyone could provide I'd greatly appreciate it!!
