Automatic charting by reading data?

Hello all,
I am working on a project for which I need to be able to develop charts from reading data. I have production data from wells in following format:

I want user of my program to be able to just enter well number on a provided cell and the excel will automatically develop production chart for that well by reading well number, type of well and production data for that type of well. Could someone help me if that is possible and if so how?

Does the desired well number need to be entered into a cell? My first thought would be to use a filter, where you enter the well number into the filter, and the filter will display data for the desired well: http://www.wikihow.com/Use-AutoFilter-in-MS-Excel
