How to make this in pivot table?/How to redo this in the pivot table

Hi,

So the idea is to improve the existing pivot table i have now. Basically there is a filter with which I filter the countries. Then when I filter the countries, there is another filter that I need to select to show values related to that. For example :

Filter : Country : US/Europe/Asia

Filter : Models : iPhone/Samsung/LG/Blackberry/HTC.

Data (Rows) : Number of Users
Data (Rows) : Number of Male Users
Data (Rows) : Number of Female Users

- Same Data Rows for all the countries and all models-

Like this I have 5 different countries and 5 different models (same for all 5 countries), the data (rows) are same for all the models and all countries. So basically I want all 5 countries with their respective Data(rows) to appear when I select only the country. In the Pivot Table I have now I am forced to select the Models individually. I would like to have them appear one below other with their Data(Rows) like a tree structure.
