Calculated field based on Column and Row Labels

Across the Top I have a Percentage for an Item in a Store, Along the side I have the same data just vertical. All I want is to create a calculated field to populate the middle but I can't get it to work correctly.

Heres the formula I'm Trying to use:
    =('percentage ' -'percentage 14' )/(SUM('percentage ','percentage 14')/2)

Here's a screen shot of the worksheet:

    Help is appreciated. thank you

    Hi -

You would need to upload a sample spreadsheet, with any sensitive data removed, and a couple of examples of what the correct outcomes should be. I can't really tell from the screen shot what cells you are referencing or what the formula is supposed to be determining.
