Dynamic lists without VBA or slicer tool?

I have a list of counties, cities in the county and some data pertaining to each one.

I want to make a drop down list for the county, have another drop list update with the cities in that county and update a few cells with the other information. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    A B C D
    1 County City Data1 Data2
    2 CountyX City1 #### $$$$
    3 CountyX City2 #### $$$$
    4 CountyX City3 #### $$$$
    5 CountyY City4 #### $$$$
    6 CountyZ City5 #### $$$$
    7 CountyZ City6 #### $$$$

Basical drop if the first drop list selects CountyX the second drop list will display city1, city2, and city3.

After I pick city three I would like the information from the data boxes to fill in a couple cells so that calculations can be run.

I got it going with slicers, but would prefer a more backwards compatible solution as some users are still on office2010.

Look here to create Dependent Drop Down Lists without macro and slicer.

Also see if this will work for you.

One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

Thank you. These both look like good places to start. I will post if I run into issues.
