Hi everyone,
I'm pulling my hair out on this one. I'm on Excel 2016, and have a workbook with 2 worksheets. It's available on DropBox at the link below:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...0Analysis.xlsx
The first sheet is 50,000 lines of data for a Monte Carlo simulation. I have a tiny macro which lets the user click a button and force the sheet to calculate. No problems there at all.
The second sheet is a chart of the histogram of the Monte Carlo simulations. It looks great on the screen, and I'd like to share it with my colleagues.
I've tried printing the chart to the printer, but only a blank page comes out. I've tried printing to Adobe PDF, and that also creates a blank PDF file. I've tried printing Microsoft Print to PDF, and that makes a blank PDF page. I've tried printing only the active sheet, and tried printing the whole workbook and limiting the page range to just the last page with the chart on it, and all the things I try just make a blank page.
I cannot Copy/Paste the chart into other programs.
The only thing I can do is use the Snip software to do a screen capture and then work from there. The screen capture works just fine for Copy/Paste, printing, etc.
Is there some limit to the size of a file that can be printed? The total workbook is 12 MB, I presume because of the 50,000 Monte Carlo simulation rows.
If not a size limit, is there something else that causes charts to print as blank pages?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Adam Hartman
