Information in Columns to header

So we are running a soccer league, when student ssign up they answer questions. The issue with this report it is printing each question in its own row when I need a column header for each question. Below is a sample of what we might get. I tried doing a pivot table but was only able to pull the sum of the answer not the value of the field. I am not even sure how to describe the issue to look up solutions. Does anyone have a place to start?
