Two Pivot Graphs update from Command Button on UserForm

Hi There...
I have attached my workbook. I cannot seem to get the graphs to update correctly. User adds data via the Userform where he selects the Supervisor and WorkCentre. Then selects the quantity boxes moulded and quantity boxes closed. The command button "Submit Production" adds the data and then retrieves the graphs. This is where I cannot get the code right. The combo box selection "Work Centre" on the user form should update the pivot tables on both worksheets "Moulding" & "Closing" and thus the graphs as well. Then the new updated graphs must be returned onto the userform. Any one know how to write the code?

I don't know how much this helps but in SP-FDY Production Sheet formula for column D changes at D106 and becomes fixed =WEEKDAY(A104)

Thank you for pointing that error out. I have now changed the code on the UserForm to add the Date, Weekday & Week number into the database. The graphs still remains a problem.
