Dynamic Chart in Excel comparing two years of data by month

Dear Excel Experts,

I am trying to compare 2 yrs of data from several phone numbers by month. Could you please point me in the right direction for creating this chart. I want to be able to view each selected phone number per month, but at the same time I want to see both 2015 and 2016 data for that particular month.

Thank you peterrc, however I managed to resolve this nad make the graph dynamic with offset function. Now when I select the desired phone the graph changes automatically showing the data for each month and year compared.
